The C.A.R.E. Youth Workforce Preparedness Program is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and connections they need to navigate educational and career opportunities successfully. Through this program, participants gain access to a comprehensive framework that fosters personal and professional development.

By building meaningful relationships with community leaders and mentors, students are introduced to a network of individuals invested in their success. The program also provides opportunities to engage with key institutional and business partners, offering firsthand insights into various industries and potential career paths.
This program currently welcomes students from Johnson City Schools’s Topper Acadmey and Washington County Schools’s Asbury Optional High School.
