Boardroom Rental
Hold your next event or meeting at The Chamber
Requests to use the Johnson City Chamber’s Eastman Credit Union Boardroom are available under the right guidelines noted below. A request form must be completed, submitted and approved. The Chamber reserves the right to accept and/or deny any request for meeting room usage. Once approved, the user must indemnify The Chamber from any damage caused by the user and hold The Chamber, its employees and Board of Directors free from any liability.

Available Amenities
- The ability to seat up to 25 people
- 80″ Smart Board with Video Conferencing capabilities
- Podium
- Polycom Conference Call phone
- Limited amount of easels
Kitchen Amenities Include:
- Ice machine
- Microwave
- Warming drawer
- Coffee maker
PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for furnishing items like flipcharts, cutlery and other supplies for your event.
Additional Charges and Guidelines
Catering Charge: $50.00
- This assists with cleaning carpets due to spills, wear and tear on furniture, etc. We encourage you to use a Chamber member caterer/restaurant for your catering needs. A list can be found on our online membership directory.
Cleaning:
- We are proud of our Eastman Credit Union Boardroom and expect it to be kept clean and organized. You are responible for cleaning the room and leaving it in its pre-meeting condition after your event is finished. Trash must be emptied and taken to the dumpster on site. A $50 fee will be assessed if the room is not left in pre-meeting condition
Preview of Facilities:
- If you wish to view the room, its AV capabilities and set up before your reserved time, an appointment must be scheduled. The room arrangement cannot be changed just prior to your event, it must be arranged beforehand.

Smoking:
- The Model Mill, in its entirety, is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted on-site or in the parking lot. If you expect smokers to participate in your event, please tell that that they, like those who work here daily, must leave the premises
Communication:
- In any and all promotions or communications regarding your event, the location is to be stated as “The Chamber’s Eastman Credit Union Boardroom, Model Mill at 602 Sevier St, Unit 101, Johnson City, TN 3704.” Any request for The Chamber to support, promote, sponsor or endorse your event must first be approved by The Chamber. Any and all promotions using The Chamber’s name or logo must also be approved by The Chamber.
Use of Room:
- Any promotion of sales of products or services during your event must first be approved by The Chamber
Media:
- Any invitation to the news media to cover your event at The Chamber’s Eastman Credit Union Boardroom must be approved by The Chamber. The Chamber’s name and logo is NOT to be used in any media interview or ads unless first approved by The Chamber
